Acceptable Use Policy.

This policy covers what you can and cannot do with SprintJobs. It is referenced from section 8 of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone with an account, including team members.

Honest representation

The single hardest line we draw: you may not use SprintJobs to misrepresent yourself to employers. That means no fabricated work history, no inflated titles, no degrees you don't hold, no claimed authorship of projects you didn't lead.

We will edit, polish, and reposition your real experience — that's the job. We will not invent it. If we catch material misrepresentation during a review, your account is terminated immediately and the affected applications are withdrawn.

One person, one account

Each account represents exactly one job seeker. You may not share a paid account between two people, use SprintJobs to apply on someone else's behalf without disclosure, or operate sock-puppet accounts.

No resale or white-label

You may not resell, sublicense, or repackage SprintJobs as your own service. Recruiters and career coaches reading this: we know who you are — talk to us and we'll work out a partner agreement.

No abuse of the service

Don't scrape our pages, reverse-engineer the application pipeline, hammer our APIs, or attempt to extract data about other users. We log every request; we will rate-limit, then ban.

Don't use SprintJobs to apply to roles in a way that violates the target company's terms (e.g. spamming the same role with multiple variants from multiple accounts).

No harassment

Don't use any SprintJobs-mediated channel (forwarded recruiter replies, follow-up messages, our team's email) to harass recruiters, hiring managers, or our staff. We will close your account and assist law enforcement if needed.

Enforcement

First-time minor violations get a warning and a chance to fix. Repeat or severe violations result in immediate termination with no refund of the current month.

Decisions are final at the strategist-team level. Appeals: reply to your termination email and we'll review within 5 business days.

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is misusing SprintJobs to misrepresent themselves to a company you work for, email team@sprintjobs.us with details. We investigate every report.
