The details you give us to run your hunt: target roles, resume, preferences, and scoped access to the Google account you connect. Nothing more than we need to apply on your behalf.
How we access your Gmail
Through Google's official OAuth login, with scoped send-and-read permission only. We use it to submit applications and read the one-time codes and recruiter replies they trigger. We never see your password, and you can revoke access in one click at any time.
How we use your data
Only to apply to jobs, follow up, and keep your tracker current. We never sell your data or share it with anyone outside the team working on your hunt.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of your plan so we can do the work. When you ask us to delete it, or revoke Gmail access, we remove it promptly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or revoke access at any time. We'll act on those requests within a few days.
